This Skinny Raspberry Frozen Yogurt is so easy to make and you would never guess that it was low-calorie and sweetened with only honey. Make it in your Blendtec for even more ease and creaminess!
It’s raining here today. Not pouring rain, but lightly drizzling and has been all day long. Some people might complain about it, but I’ve actually been soaking it up. {No pun intended.} It makes it so we all {all = me, the dog, the husband, and the kid} have to stay inside together and play. Not that I really like hanging out inside all day, but it’s been a little bit euphoric trying to see how much we can get Addi laughing, while binge-watching Friends.
We’ve been home from church for a few hours and the moment we came home, Zach and I were both jonesing for something sweet. One problem – we leave for Mexico in seven days, people. SEVEN. Does my body feel ready for Mexico? No. Will I feel ready if I eat the whole pack of Oreos in the pantry like I want to? No. Which is why I was so excited when I remembered that there was a batch of this frozen yogurt in the freezer!
We pulled out our new Blendtec last night {totally in love, BTW} and whipped this frozen yogurt up real quick and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing it is. It helps, that with our Blendtec, it literally takes 45 seconds to blend it up, real creamy and smooth-like, and then it’s just about waiting for it to freeze. Don’t have a Blendtec yourself? You may want to stop by tomorrow, because a little bird told me that there might just be one up for grabs. Free of charge. 😉
You would seriously never guess that the only thing that sweetened this frozen yogurt is honey. I’m all for using honey as a sweetener, but I don’t feel like it always comes out tasting like I want it to. This stuff will totally exceed your expectations. It only requires four ingredients total and will be the only dessert you need from here on out! We’ve made a peach version before and I think that both of them are equally delicious. This one is prettier though, if we are keeping score.

Janet Wiles says
does the Blendtec grind up all the raspberry seeds so it is smooth or do you feel the seeds in every bite?
highheelsandgrills says
It doesn’t fully grind them up, but it’s definitely better than in my regular blender.
Cathy says
Made this with black berries and strawberries I had that home, Delicious.. Can not wait to try raspberry.
Sue H says
Can I use frozen strawberries instead? How many calories are in this since honey has a few?
Sue H says
I think I will use stevia instead of honey to save quite a few calories.
Lonni says
Has anyone ever tried using Greek yogurt that already has honey in it?

I’m finally finding this only 5 years after being published, but so glad I did! This recipe was so quick and easy. It was tart, and refreshing on a 90 degree day. I’m keeping this one and also thinking of other fruits to try…
