This Ranch Cream Cheese Vegetable Pizza is not only packed with veggies, but the buttery crescent roll and ranch cream cheese spread pair perfectly with it!
Umm, in case you didn’t know, my kid is turning two next week. TWO. If you need me, I’ll be ugly crying in my closet. I don’t know how this happened. Talk about the quickest two years of my life! And the happiest. Hardest, but happiest. Why am I bringing this up? Well, I was looking at photos from her birthday party last year and remembered the amazing food we had – BBQ chicken kabobs, fruit salad, ballerina sugar cookies, cookie and cream fudge, and what seemed to be everybody’s favorite – veggie pizza. This Ranch Cream Cheese Vegetable Pizza to be exact:
And I realized that I haven’t even shared the recipe with you guys yet! I know they say that “what you don’t know, won’t hurt you”, but it might have actually been hurting you to not have this recipe in your life. It’s so easy to make, packed fully of vegetables, and tastes SO good!
Along with this amazing recipe, I’m here to tell you about an amazing new product as well – Green Works Pump ‘n Clean! I came across it when I was spending way too much time in Target last week {because it’s impossible to spend less than an hour there} in the natural cleaning section.
It is a new product in the Green Works line – which if you haven’t already checked out the other products from Green Works, you need to ASAP. These products are only sold at Target {which makes me love that place even more} and they are all amazing! The Green Works products are made with plant and mineral based ingredients, biodegradable ingredients that are naturally derived, are not tested on animals, and my personal favorite – they’re all food safe! So you can clean your knife in between cutting all of these veggies for this Ranch Cream Cheese Vegetable Pizza, without having to think twice about it. {Note: the product should not be used to clean up after raw meat or raw fish.}
To use the Green Works Pump ‘n Clean product, you simply do just as the name suggest – pump and clean. Use a dishcloth or sponge to press down on the pump and the cleaner is immediately injected into it. It’s so convenient and I love that it’s completely natural!
Just like that, you can have a completely clean knife, with no harsh chemicals or residue left behind.
I have completely fallen in love with the Green Works Pump ‘n Clean and I’m sure you will too. Just like you will also fall in love with this Ranch Cream Cheese Vegetable Pizza, too. It’s the perfect recipe right now, since all of the veggies are in season, and is quick to throw together for those busy summer days. Enjoy!
Ranch Cream Cheese Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages seamless crescent dough sheets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup halved and thinly-sliced radishes
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced {about 1 large pepper}
- 2 cups fresh broccoli chopped {1 medium crown}
- 1 cup grated carrots {2-3 carrots}
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a jellyroll pan with non-stick cooking spray.
-
Press your crescent dough into the pan, all the way to the edges, and poke holes in it with a fork. {This will prevent it from puffing up while cooking.}
-
Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool completely.
-
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, dill weed, garlic salt and ranch mix. Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
-
Spread the radish, pepper, broccoli and carrots evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Cover and let chill.
-
Cut into squares and serve.
