These Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies are a great blend of chocolate and peanut butter. They come together easily and set up quickly, without heating up the oven!
Today’s post for these Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies is brought to you by Zoom. You know, that T.V. show with the kids that teach you cool things? Ok, it’s not really. But I’ll have you know that my best friend, Kaitlyn, {who happens to now be my cousin, since I married her cousin. Booyah!} was obsessed with Zoom when we were younger. As a result, we would make things all the time, pretending we were on Zoom and were teaching the world about our stuff. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard in my life as I did during some of those “shows”. One of our favorite recipes to make for it, were no bake cookies.
I know that everyone and their dog has probably heard of these things and has their own family recipe, but I’m going to tell you how we do it around these parts. Ah-ah-ahem.

I love these cookies! So much. And even though the hubby doesn’t like them I still happily make them and then eat them all by myself. And I may have to adopt the “poop cookies” name. They do look like that. 😉

These are not only my most favorite cookies, but I was also a zoom fanatic. I even sent in a recipe for the cooking show, but alas, there was no follow up. One fun thing my college roomies and I would do with these cookies was instead of dropping them by spoonfulls to cool, we pressed the mixture into cookie cutters (using them like a mold). This was very fun, and we loved eating bear, elk, and moose shaped no-bake cookies (I should probably mention that the only cookie cutters we had were ones my geology-major roommate got on a field trip to Yellowstone haha).

NO WAY! We call the poop cookies in our house too. Hilarious! My recipe has coconut instead of PB. I may have to make some of each to do a side by side comparison.

These are my most favorite cookie in the world and the universe. So much so that I don’t even want the recipe because I would make them all the time. In the early sixties when I was in elementary school, these would be served for dessert. Other kids did not like them (I think some people are born without the chocolate gene!) so I would trade for extras! I am trying to resist temptation, but I am going to pin this and see if I can … No, I must make chocolate poop cookies!
