Today marks the big 2 years for Zachary and I! I can hardly believe it’s been two years already. Time has sure flown by! We’ve driven around the entire country {literally}, moved 4 times, and met some incredible people along the way. All the while, falling more in love each day. {Cheesy, I know. It’s my anniversary though, cut me some slack.} To celebrate, we’re going to do all things fun in Denver and stay at a cute little bed and breakfast on our way to Utah. I’m so excited!

These seem to be a hit during the fall time months, but you definitely don’t have to limit them to just those months. I eat these year round and they taste just as scrumptious in December as they do in September! I may or may not have made them so much last summer that for variety’s sake, Zachary asked me if we could take a break from them. I’m kind of an addict. Try ‘em out and let me know what you think!
