These Nutella Brownies are super easy to make, with only 2 ingredients required. And for those of you that are gluten intolerant, they’re gluten free! They’re not too sweet, but will definitely curb your chocolate craving.
I don’t know about you, but I am a huge Nutella fan. I remember when it started becoming a “thing” here in the U.S. and I couldn’t figure out why. Seriously, everybody was talking about it. Then I had a spoonful and it all made sense. It’s creamy and chocolatey and once you start eating it, you can’t stop. It’s made out of nuts too, so it can’t be that bad for you, right?
Nutella Brownies
These Nutella Brownies are super easy to make, with only 2 ingredients required. And for those of you that are gluten intolerant, they're gluten free! They're not too sweet, but will definitely curb your chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Nutella
- {Optional} Confectioner's sugar
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F. Form parchment paper to an 8x8 inch pan, leaving an overhanging and spray with nonstick spray.
-
Using the whisk attachment for your electric mixer, beat the eggs for 8 minutes on medium-high speed. The eggs should triple in size and be pale in color.
-
Meanwhile, microwave your Nutella in a small bowl on high, for 1 minute. Let cool until eggs are done mixing.
-
With your mixer on low speed, add the Nutella to the eggs and mix until just combined. You may need to stop and scrape the bowl a few times before the Nutella is fully incorporated.
-
Transfer to your prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. {Keep an eye on it. Your oven may cook faster than mine.}
-
Let cool completely and then remove from pan using parchment sling. Dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired, then cut into squares and serve.
-
Can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.

Nutella is not gluten free….ahhh!
highheelsandgrills says
Somebody should probably let Nutella know that. ???? http://www.nutellafoodservice.com/About/FAQs/: “Is Nutella gluten free?” “Yes. Nutella does not contain any ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat, barley, rye, oats or triticale.”
Suzanne Holt says
This sounds amazing. I am guessing that Nutella is not dairy free since chocolate is involved, is it?

How many does this serve? I am having a cook out/ potlock and my boss is gluten free but I want to make sure there is enough for everyone.
