Once upon a time, I bought ten bags of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for half off at Christmas time, thinking I would use them pretty quick for blog recipes and I ended up snacking my way through 2 or 3 of them before deciding it was time I actually used them for what I bought them for. {Whoa, holy run on sentence.} I’m pretty sure those bags are the reason I can’t lose this extra weight, so I made this yummy Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge, so I can pawn it off onto my husband and his coworkers. Smart, right? You learn a few things being a food blogger and all. Want to know the best part about it all? There are only 3 ingredients to this fudge! It doesn’t get easier than that.
3 Ingredient Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge
Makes 1 – 9×9 inch pan of fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 {12 oz.} bag Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 {14 oz.} can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with foil.
- Unwrap and roughly chop all of the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, setting aside about 1 cup.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and heat over medium-low heat until all the chocolate chips are melted.
- Stir in the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, leaving the extra cup out.
- Pour the fudge into the pan and smooth over.
- Sprinkle the extra cup of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups evenly over the fudge.
- Let set up either on the counter or in the refrigerator. {I prefer on the counter.}
See? So easy!

This recipe was so easy to make, until I went to cut them. I had them outside in minus degree C weather so it should have firmed up more than that but it didn’t. Couldn’t get the foil off, then put them in the freezer long enough to get the foil off but they are still not very firm. I’m not sure how firm it should get but I definitely would guess more than that. I did unfortunately have to change the amounts because my can was 300mL which is about 10 oz…
