Zachary and I have made a goal. We’ve decided that we are going to have date night every week, no. matter. what. Whether it means getting a babysitter or letting the babelet tag along, {because if she’s sleeping and we can hardly tell that she’s there, it still counts right?} it’s going to happen. We decided that this week’s date night would be to enjoy a yummy Halloween dinner complete with carving pumpkins. These cute ghost pizza were the best I could come up with and I thought they turned out adorable! And they were actually really good for how easy they were.
Mini Alfredo Pizza Ghosts
Makes 10 mini pizzas
Ingredients::
- 1 {10 ct.} tube of Pilsbury Biscuits {I used the country style, but you could use the Grands as well. You’ll just need to increase the amount of ingredients that follow.}
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 20 olive slices
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF.
- Flatten out your biscuits to about 1/4 inch thick and tug on one side of the edge to give it a ghost-like look.
- Spread 2-3 tsp. alfredo sauce onto each biscuit.
- Top with 2-3 Tbsp. cheese.
- Place two olives on each ghost to be their eyes.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
Additionally, you can add bits of chicken if you’d like. I prefer to keep mine pretty simple, but feel free to mix it up! Enjoy.

I need to start dating my husband again! We have been such slackers with him being in school & now that he is finished, we just haven’t picked up the dating again. What a fun date night idea! π

Sign me up for babysitting the Babelet twice a month so you can get at least every other week kid-free fun. π Love your pizza ghosts. Ps. we need to make your quilt. I really need something cute to ignite some creative fire. π

These are adorable! Though now that’s after Halloween, I think I’ll try snowmen, with a slices of different colored bell pepper for a scarf and nose.
