This Breakfast Pizza is such an easy breakfast recipe idea for house guests or your family! You throw everything in a pan, bake it, and it’s ready to eat!
I love recipes that can be mixed up, stuck in the oven, and then forgotten about until the timer goes off. This Breakfast Pizza is my favorite breakfast recipe when I need something easy and mindless to satisfy a lot of people! It is also my breakfast of choice when I go home to visit my family.
Zach and I have been married for 8 years and we left our home state {Utah – woot woot!} about a month after we were married and haven’t been back to live there since. It’s hard to believe we have been gone that long and living close to family feels like it was a dream. We would give anything to be able to do that now! Luckily, we both have pretty great families though and they spoil us like crazy when we go back to Utah. My mom makes this Breakfast Pizza almost every time we visit them. It has become the epitome of comfort food for us! We love it and makes me think of my mama every time we make it at home now.
It got the title of Breakfast Pizza because we really have seen everything in it from pepperoni to canadian bacon and pineapple. We are just lame and like it plain and simple. Don’t be afraid to get creative with it though! Enjoy!
Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 package of Pilsbury crescent rolls
- 7 eggs

- pepper
- 1/2 lb. sausage cooked
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread the crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. (Six of them fit just fine for me. The other two, I tore up and piled evenly on top of the other six.)

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add enough salt and pepper to your liking - pour on top of crescent rolls.
-
Spread the sausage evenly into the eggs.
-
Top it off with the mozzarella cheese.
-
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
-
Cut into squares and serve.

sorry for the stupid question, but here goes….do you cook the sausage before adding it to the recipe?
