I don’t have much to say about this recipe other than it’s like, the easiest thing ever and tastes delicous! Remember my Banana Pudding Trifle recipe? Well, these are pretty much that, in cute, little, bite-size form. ‘Nuff said.
Banana Cream Bites
Makes 5-6 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 {3.4 oz.} box vanilla pudding {You can also use banana cream pudding if you want more banana flavor. I just found it a bit overwhelming.}
- 1 & 2/3 cup milk {I used 1%}
- 2 bananas
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- Whipped cream topping
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding and milk for about 2 minutes. Place in the refrigerator and let set up for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut up 1 & 1/2 of the bananas into small, bite size pieces. Cut the other half of the banana into halved slices and set aside.
- Add the bite size banana pieces to the pudding and mix.
- Spoon about 1 tsp. of pudding on top of a vanilla wafer.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream topping and garnish with a halved banana slice.
I dare you to eat just one. 😉 Enjoy!

They seem super cute!
I was wondering if there was a way to make a citrus-version of this? I like banana, but when I saw the picture, I totally thought of lemon instead.
