These Caramel S’mores Pops take everything you know and love from a s’more, plus delicious caramel, and put it into a cute pop form. Can be made in less than 10 minutes and you don’t even need to go outside!
S’mores. Oh, those blessed desserts. I love how much variety there with s’mores in general. Like all of these ones that Honey Maid has suggested. So awesome! Have you ever met a person that doesn’t love these sweet things?
Okay, I admit it. I have. My daughter to be exact. Can you believe that?! I’m starting to question whether or not she is actually my child anymore. She had her first bite this last weekend on our family camping trip and she immediately spit it out, stuck out her tongue, and said “blech”. Umm, come again? She kind of came around after a little bit of coaxing, but I was shocked and surprised that she didn’t love them right away.
That won’t stop us from making them every year though. And in a variety of forms. Like these regular S’mores Pops that people seem to LOVE. And a little birdy told me that there are some pretty amazing S’mores Dips coming up in the next couple weeks, so be on the lookout. Long story short, I love s’mores.
So, when I was perusing Walmart a couple weeks ago, someone had left a bag of Kraft caramels in this display setting {as shown above} and a serious lightbulb went off. Caramel and s’mores? How did I not already think of that?? And that is how these Caramel S’mores Pops were born.
One of my favorite things about these Caramel S’mores Pops is that you can make them easily in the convenience of your own home.
Don’t get me wrong, I love me a good s’more, over a campfire, in the mountains, but why wait for an occasion like that to enjoy these babies? Why not just make them on any ol’ regular day? Heck, why not make a s’more tonight? Right now, even! Because I’m pretty sure you need these Caramel S’mores Pops in your life ASAP and since they’re so easy to throw together, they make for a perfect weeknight dessert! It’s simple, really. First, you start with sticking sucker sticks into your marshmallows.
Then, you melt your caramel with some sweetened condensed milk and butter. {Has there ever been a better combination?}
Next, melt your Hershey’s Chocolate Bars and they’ll end up smooth, creamy, and completely perfect for dipping.
Then you dip them in graham cracker crumbs and you’re left with goodness on a stick. Feel free to drop everything and go make them now.

Caramel S'mores Pops
Ingredients
- 30 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- 25 Kraft caramel squares
- 1/4 cup butter {I use salted}
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 6 full-size Hershey's Chocolate Candy Bars
- 9 Honey Maid Graham Crackers Squares
Instructions

Place a sucker stick in each marshmallow and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the caramel squares, butter, and sweetened condensed milk for 2-3 minutes, stirring after each minute.

Roughly chop your chocolate bars and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes, until completely melted.

In a food processor, pulse graham crackers until fine crumbs are formed. Place in a shallow bowl.

Dip one side of the marshmallows in the caramel and one side in the chocolate and then roll in the graham cracker crumbs.

Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and repeat with all of the marshmallows and enjoy.
