Learn How to Make Pita Chips, the easy way, with this tutorial! Homemade pita chips taste so much better than store bought pita chips and are so simple to make!
I have had the worst sinus infection for three weeks now. Yeah, I know that’s a long time. I hate going to the doctor and feeling like a baby, for one, and two, I’m hoping to get pregnant ASAP, so I don’t want to take anything that could interfere with that or cause complications. So, I’ve been plugging away with my stuffy head/nose/sinuses/whole entire face and it has been pretty miserable. Today is the first day that I have felt somewhat normal and I can’t tell you what a relief it has been! I’m crossing my fingers that I’ve hit my quota for sick weeks as the fall/winter time sick season approaches.
I made these pita chips last week because I bought everything to make a delicious Pumpkin Hummus {keep an eye out for that recipe next week!} and forgot to buy pita chips to go with it. Boo. In hindsight, I’m so glad I forgot them. This tutorial on how to make pita chips is so stinking easy and they taste so much better than any pita chips you can buy in the store. Zach and I ate 75% of these as soon as I made them. They’re delicious and you are sure to enjoy them!
