One of the very best things about blogging for me, has been the awesome people that I’ve met that I probably wouldn’t have met otherwise. For example, today is Mandy from Mandy’s Recipe Box’s birthday. She lives like two states away from me and yet, I absolutely love this girl to pieces! She has incredible recipes and photos on her blog and she is the most kind, loving, and funny person you could meet. I would never have known any of that if it weren’t for blogging! We are even on official ‘Christmas card exchanging’ status. Yeah, I know. Big deal. 😉
