This No Bake Lemon Layered Dessert makes for an easy dessert recipe! Golden Oreos, cheesecake, lemon pudding, and whipped topping make it taste awesome!
I used to be a strong lemon-hater back in the day. If I had a pack of Skittles or Starburst or something, the lemon ones would literally go in the trash. I felt like they were a waste of calories. While I still don’t love lemon-flavored candy, I am all over lemon-flavored desserts now! This No-Bake Lemon Layered Dessert hits the spot for me every time. Lemon Bars are another favorite, as is this Lemon Tart recipe and this Skinny Cream Cheese Lemon Cake. I love how light and refreshing lemon desserts are.
My favorite part about this dessert is the Golden Oreo crust and the cheesecake layer. The rest is just the cherry on top. You’re basically eating lemon cheesecake with this recipe. It is so good and it all pairs perfectly together!
I have made a few variations of this No Bake Lemon Layered Dessert, which I will link to below. Each one of them is seriously awesome! They are great for parties that need crowd-favorite desserts, without a lot of work. I have made four or five different kinds at a time for different events and almost all of them are gone every time. People love them! And I love that they don’t need to be baked and only take about thirty minutes worth of work.
I think this recipe is great as it is, but if you’re not a fan of lemon peel and want to change things up, walnuts would go great on top as well! Enjoy!
