I honestly don’t have a whole lot to say about this Skinny Blueberry Frozen Yogurt, other than you definitely need to make it ASAP. With how hot it is these days, it’s the perfect dessert to cool you down, without feeling guilty about it.
It has less than 150 calories per serving and is sweetened with only honey and sugar from the blueberries. It tastes pretty fantastic on top of that. I’d say that’s a pretty hot score if you’re trying to watch your figure this summer!
Just throw a few ingredients into your blender and you’re golden. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Skinny Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into a freezable container {I use a small cake pan}, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
